In order to make your loan applicaiton process go smoothly, you'll need to collect and organize a few key pieces of financial information.
Please bring the following items to the application or fax them to the attention of Glen Reiley at (480) 753-5802:
If you are planning to buy a home, you may get pre-qualified or pre-approved. You can typically get pre-qualified over the phone or on the Internet in a few minutes. A pre-qualification is not as beneficial as a pre-approval where you have to go through a more rigorous process which includes verification of your credit, income, assets and liabilities.
It is highly recommended that you get pre-approved before you start looking for a house. Once you are pre-qualified you will know what you can qualify to borrow and avoid wasting time looking at properties that you cannot afford. When you decide to make an offer, being pre-approved for your loan can put you in a stronger negotiating position with the seller. And finally, being pre-approved will help you close more quickly.
Applying for a loan or getting more information is easy. We offer you several convenient options to get started.
